ABS-CBN continues to receive the academic community\u2019s approval as it won twelve awards including Best Media Company at the 20th Gawad Tanglaw.<\/p>\n

The country\u2019s leading content provider, which continues to bring world-class Filipino stories on various platforms through different partnerships, was also honored with the Gawad Manuel L. Quezon University para sa Sining at Kultura ng Telebisyon.<\/p>\n

In the entertainment category, \u201cThe Broken Marriage Vow\u201d emerged as a big winner, clinching the Best Teleserye award and Best TV Actress award for Jodi Sta. Maria for her portrayal of Dr. Jill Ilustre. On the other hand, the Best TV Actor award went to Piolo Pascual for his performance in \u201cFlower of Evil.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kapamilya shows \u201cIt\u2019s Showtime\u201d and \u201cASAP Natin \u2018To\u201d won as Best TV Variety Shows while its hosts, Anne Curtis and Gary Valenciano, were the recipients of the Gawad sa Sining at Kultura ng Paglilingkod sa Bayan.<\/p>\n

Vice Ganda was also awarded the Gawad Dr. Debbie Francisco para sa Sining at Kultura ng Pangmadlang Komunikasyon.<\/p>\n

ABS-CBN\u2019s news programs and journalists also bagged top honors, including Best TV Newscast for \u201cTV Patrol\u201d and Best TV News Anchor for Henry Omaga-Diaz.<\/p>\n

Doris Bigonia and Alvin Elchico were hailed as Outstanding TeleRadyo Anchors, while ANC\u2019s \u201cAt the Moment (ATM)\u201d triumphed as the Best Lifestyle Program.<\/p>\n
